​Please feel free to discuss a problem or complaint with our Practice Manager or your doctor so we can work to remedy the situation. We welcome feedback on our service and regularly review and address suggestions.

You can put a complaint in writing to one of our principal doctors or the ACT Human Rights Commission is also available.

If you have a complaint you can:
- Discuss it with your treating Doctor.
- Write it down and place it into our suggestion box in the waiting room.
- Call 02 62 4086 and ask to speak to our practice manager.
- Any complaints please email admin@wakefieldgardens.com.au addressed attention Practice Manager.
